Shipping in Belgium
Pots, plant care, decor, perfume, cards and other non-plant items are shipped within Belgium:
- Pickup point: €4.95
- Home delivery: €7.95
- Free from €50: pickup point or home delivery, your choice
We only ship within Belgium.
Free pickup in Bruges
You can pick up any order for free at our shop: Stera Plantbar, Lange Vesting 16, 8200 Bruges. Usually ready within 2 hours; you'll get an email as soon as your order is ready.
Delivery in Bruges
In Bruges (up to 5 km) we deliver ourselves: €2.95, free from €35. Order before 2 pm → delivered tomorrow (12–8 pm).
Living plants: pickup or delivery in Bruges
Pick up living plants for free at our shop (Lange Vesting 16, Bruges), usually ready within 2 hours. Or we deliver them in Bruges: €2.95, free from €35. Living plants are not sent by post or delivered elsewhere in Belgium. If your cart contains a plant, the order can only be picked up or delivered in Bruges. Want the other items shipped? Order them separately.
Processing & address
Orders are prepared as soon as possible after payment. Please always provide a correct delivery or contact address. During busy periods or holidays, timing may vary.
Damaged, defective or wrong product
Let us know right after receipt via olivier@stera.be and we'll sort it out.
Risk
The risk of loss or damage passes to you once you have picked up or received the order.
Returns
See our refund policy. Living plants and perishable goods cannot be returned.
